This is a place for any extant garments in private collections from about 1941 back. There is no beginning date. The only rule is that it can't be currently in a museum and must be before the bombing of Pearl Harbor. I mostly post items I've seen on ebay, etsy, or other auction sites so we will continue to have a record of them for research purposes. If you have antique clothing in your collection, please, email me pictures of them and I will gladly add them to this site.

Turn of the Century Corset Cover
From the seller:
A silky circa 1900 lady's French silk charmeuse corset cover that is trimmed in French lace, with directionally pleated accents, a ribbon pull decolletage, and a blind passementerie button front closure. 14" from shoulder to shoulder, a 34" bust, 24" waist, and 20" from shoulder to front hem. In good sound as found condition, with some light perspiration color to the armscyes, a few small light spots at the back, and just a few pin dot age flaws. When will you find another like this? Don't pass it by!
From Me:
...Anyone else thinking how with a few small changes this would look awesome with a pair of jeans?
Would feel comfortable on and would give a nice figure all day
