My grandmother wore this blouse for her 1911 wedding. Classic Edwardian style. The silk is failing, however the lace is in good shape. This is an excellent candidate to re-use the lace and deconstruct the silk body to develop an authentic design.
From Me:
Based on the style, 1911 makes sense. However, I doubt it was part of a wedding gown - more likely part of the trousseau.
