1920's Blue Velvet Coat

Antique Vtg Calf Length Lined Formal BLUE VELVET Coat Opera Robe Cloak Flapper. The liner near the collar is ripped & there is a rip on one of the ruched arms, as shown in one of the photos.

Dearest sellers, please, always include measurements. It's not about the wear-ability of the item; it's about research! Very much a 1920's coat that I do expect to see on Edith or Mary soon. ;-)
