The bishop sleeve is the key to dating this. Also note the pigeon front. Most likely 1902/1903.

DeleteIf the pocket is a watch pocket, wouldn't it be very inconvenient? It looks like it's sewn into the lining at bust level, so I'm assumimg you have to undo the hooks in order to use it?
