This is a place for any extant garments in private collections from about 1941 back. There is no beginning date. The only rule is that it can't be currently in a museum and must be before the bombing of Pearl Harbor. I mostly post items I've seen on ebay, etsy, or other auction sites so we will continue to have a record of them for research purposes. If you have antique clothing in your collection, please, email me pictures of them and I will gladly add them to this site.

Sweet Baby Blue Tulle/Netting 1930's Dress
From the seller:
Aqua netting 30s party dress. Amazing full skirt. Pink velvet bows on sleeves. Ruching at shoulders. Side snap closure.
Flaws: Large rip on bust and left sleeve, and smaller holes throughout. The ruffle hem is discolored and there are some rust colored spots on the skirt. Skirt was hand-stitched to bodice and that stitching needs to be redone.
Bust: 31
Waist: 26
Hips: free
See my other listings for more vintage clothes that I'm clearing out.
From Me:
Probably for a tween/teenager based on the measurements. Very cute!
...And does anyone else think Sweet Baby Blue would be an awesome modern country band name? Maybe it's just because it's way too late/too early. I should call up my brothers and see if we can start a band. ;-)
