This is a place for any extant garments in private collections from about 1941 back. There is no beginning date. The only rule is that it can't be currently in a museum and must be before the bombing of Pearl Harbor. I mostly post items I've seen on ebay, etsy, or other auction sites so we will continue to have a record of them for research purposes. If you have antique clothing in your collection, please, email me pictures of them and I will gladly add them to this site.

Lace Combinations
From the seller:
UP FOR BID ARE VICTORIAN LADIES LACE LINGERIE
SPLIT LEG ONE PIECE LACE PANTALOONS WITH BELT
This lingerie is from the late 1890's and they are still in exceptional condition. They are a light cream color with lots of lace, there are 5 tiny buttons that are original, at the top is a pink ribbon that ties and in the thigh area is a row of lace with yellow ribbon this ribbon is original and some has deteriorated from age and some still nice. There is also a very long belt the same color and material and it is original to this piece, The belt measures 90" long, here are a few measurements 39" from top shoulder strap to bottom leg , 14" underarm to underarm, 14 1/2' waist and 20" wide at the very bottom of each leg.
These pantaloons are in wonderful condition no holes, tears and no repairs, all of the lace is very nice, there are some age spots which are pictured and some of the button holes are a bit stretched out also there is about a 1" split on the seam in back where the leg split begins.
From Me:
I think I need to make these...
