Gorgeous 1920's Party Dress

DATING TO THE 1920’S

FASHIONED OF A WHITE SILK SATIN

TRIMMED IN RED SILK VELVET THROUGH THE LAYERED RUFFLE SKIRTING

BUILT UPON A FULL NET CAGE WITH PANNIER SIDES AND BONING IN THE SKIRTING

SKIRTING IS IN LAYERED PETAL FASHION

THE SHOULDER IS TRIMMED IN A LARGE BOW, OPPOSITE IN A DOT OF VELVET

THERE IS A MINOR EDGE COLOR TO THE UNDERARMS AS PIECTURED, THE SHOULDERS HAVE SOME LARGE BREAKS AND SOMEONE ATTEMPTED A REPAIR BUT MORE REPAIR IS NEEDED, THERE ARE SOME SMALL SPLITS. ONCE THE SHOULDERS ARE FIXED THE GOWN WOULD BE PRISTINE, STRONG AND CLEAN, FULLY WEARABLE

    1. It really is about the undergarments with the 1920's. Just because they threw away the corset doesn't mean they went with a modern bra. Girdles, a shelf like bra with elastic, and slips all help a lot in getting the correct look. http://isabelladangelo.blogspot.com/2014/05/getting-to-wear-blue-and-white-1920s.html
