This is a place for any extant garments in private collections from about 1941 back. There is no beginning date. The only rule is that it can't be currently in a museum and must be before the bombing of Pearl Harbor. I mostly post items I've seen on ebay, etsy, or other auction sites so we will continue to have a record of them for research purposes. If you have antique clothing in your collection, please, email me pictures of them and I will gladly add them to this site.

1890's White Leather Shoes
From the seller:
Antique 19th C Victorian White Leather Little Girls Dress Shoes
Pearl like button to fasten
Decorative Victorian with faux pearl shoe clip on top of bow.
Looks like they shoes were pearl white, but they are so dirty; it is hard to tell for sure.
Leather tops and hard leather sole
Size 6 1/2 E
Marked 441
They are dirty and the bows are somewhat crushed, but still a great collectible. They each have a pin dot hole on the back heel (see close-up pictures)
From Me:
Not for a little girl, just a petite woman with narrow feet. :-) These scream 1890's with those big bows.
