This auction features a fantastic flapper's cloche hat from the 1920's. The circumfrence is 23 or 24 inches, it fits my 22 inch head comfortably. Fantastic condition, extremely clean, very flexible, no fading, no tears or rips, just incredible! Market-fresh estate piece, recently purchased.
