Perfect 1920's Easter Dress

From the seller:

An 1920's flapper dress in a soft golden yellow silk chiffon, a wide drop waist adorned with a front bow and rose lace appliques. The high round neckline is decorated with exquisite handmade tape lace which goes right around the neck and then comes down the front with a lace bib, and the shoulders are encircled with a wide chiffon cape collar. The long chiffon sleeves have a snap at each wrist, but there are no other fastenings and this cute flapper dress slips on over the head. The sheer outer silk chiffon is lined from the bodice on down with an attached slip of matching yellow silk satin which can be seen through the chiffon. Below the wide drop waist hangs layer upon layer of bias cut full skirt with asymmetrical handkerchief hem. And what movement the skirt has! With movement, and at the touch of a breeze. There is no label. The color is a uniform soft golden yellow, and is absolutely gorgeous, although the lighting in some photos may make the color look less than uniform, or too bright or slightly greenish yellow. The left part of the composite photo is a good representation of the color. Both the tape lace and the rose appliqués are creamy beige ecru. The measurements (approximate) are:

bust (pit to pit) 33"
natural waist 33"
hips (drop waist) 36"
shoulder to hem 43"
sleeve length pit to cuff 15"
around the cuffs 6"
The measurements of this dress are approximately equivalent to a US size 4-6. The dress is shown on my US size 6 model and it fits her snugly - the fit would be looser as flapper dress should be on a size 4. Leave a little wiggle room to get into the dress because it has to go on over the head - again an easier fit for a size 4. There is no extra room in the dress to go any larger than a size 6! There are no major condition issues with the dress. The fabric is strong and soft, not dry. However, this is an antique dress that is at least 95 years old and so there are some minor issues of age related wear including:

there is a small cut in the back right shoulder of the cape that could be easily repaired (shown)
there are a couple of small holes in the lower back waist (shown) that look like the dress may have caught on something
there is a small hole in the chiffon behind one of the lace appliques, but this cannot be seen except with close examination because the matching satin is behind the applique
there are some minor holes, tears and edge wear in the slip, but this cannot be seen from the outside and does not affect the wearability of the dress. The silk satin is not shattering, and shows only one small thumbprint size area of thread wear that I noticed.
a few broken threads in the tape lace
there may be some pinholes, loose threads, or other minor age related issues that I did not notice
The silk chiffon is strong and there are no underarm issues. The dress was gently hand laundered and is clean and fresh. None of the minor age related wear issues detracts from the elegance and beauty of the original flapper dress. This is NOT a reproduction or a cheap imitation, this is an all original early flapper dress in soft yellow silk chiffon with handmade tape lace collar, and rose lace appliques on the drop waist. Necklace and hat sold separately. Another amazing, original early 20th century flapper dress, only from Antiquarius Antiques. It's getting harder and harder to find these original beauties, so don't miss out on this little gem! Scroll down to see more pictures of the dress, which are part of the description.

From Me:

I know what I want to make for my Easter dress now.... Also, the reason why it's getting harder and harder to find dresses like this? Because people wear them and an hour later, the dress has disintegrated.
