From the seller:
1850-60s brown silk (I think) taffeta. Has very full skirt, sleeves have slight gathers. Round neck. Condition is fragile, has some shredding at the shoulders also at waist, and several in skirt and underarm. Size, waist is 26 inches mand bust 32 inches.

It looks like one of those redesigned 1850's for the 1860's dresses.
