This is a place for any extant garments in private collections from about 1941 back. There is no beginning date. The only rule is that it can't be currently in a museum and must be before the bombing of Pearl Harbor. I mostly post items I've seen on ebay, etsy, or other auction sites so we will continue to have a record of them for research purposes. If you have antique clothing in your collection, please, email me pictures of them and I will gladly add them to this site.

Mustard yellow Teens Era Outfit
From the seller:
Vintage 1880's to 1920's Women's Victorian Jacket and Skirt
Nice Mustard Color With Possibly Black Velvet Trim (Feels like velvet. Back then it probably was really velvet)
Purchase from an Estate Sale.
Nice condition. No rips or tears. There are small stains here and there. (Please see pictures) The wrap around tie on the jacket still functions and clasps in the front. There are silver buttons on the front center of the skirt that are intact and still function to close the skirt. There are no buttons on the jacket but I am not sure they had buttons to begin with.
I am not sure of the size. I can give your information so you can determine. Please feel free to ask questions. The waist on the the skirt is 24 inches and it is 35 inches long. The only thing I can say about the jacket is it is 27 inches long.
PayPal Only
US Only. Will ship Internationally if buyer and seller agree on terms before the end of the auction.
From Me:
This looks to be a fall outfit from the mid to late 1910's.
