All The Pretty Dresses

This is a place for any extant garments in private collections from about 1941 back. There is no beginning date. The only rule is that it can't be currently in a museum and must be before the bombing of Pearl Harbor. I mostly post items I've seen on ebay, etsy, or other auction sites so we will continue to have a record of them for research purposes. Bustle Era Simple Rose Print Dress

From the seller:

Antique C1860 Bustled Ladies' Cotton Print Small Sized Dress, Even for XLg Doll, Gorgeous, great condition, needs some stitches in one spot where the seam separated when someone tried it on, 49" long, 13 1/4" across shoulders and 26" waist, 22" sleeves. Please know that all of my clothing is antique so it will never look new but that is what we like!
