Late 1930's Gown in White Sheer

From the seller:

Updated.... I had a very nice fellow Ebayer who was kind enough to send me a message and said this is a wedding or evening gown from the 1930's :)

Estate Find

Just a beautiful vintage sheer long dress. Has the makers label in it. It is in great condition for its' age. No rips or tears...does have some rust spots here and there. It is Ivory in color. Not sure of the type of material.

I put paper stuffing so you could see how full the arms are... tons of material used in the making of this lovely garment. It sits just off the shoulder and has little flowers with seed pearls around the top. It has a side zipper to allow you in it. The cuffs have covered buttons, but you do not have to button them up.. there are two snaps on the cuffs.

The label has the following information:

Post Tailors

Bust 19"
W 13"
L 62"

The grey dress in the middle has very similar sleeves to this extant gown. The dress is probably from about 1937 or so.
