Two Late Edwardian/ early Teen's Era White Dresses

From the seller:

A pretty lot of 2 white cotton 1910-1912 dresses. The first dress is embroidered with large white flowers and eyelet trim. The neckline is trimmed with a band of Irish lace. The bodice has ¾ length sleeves. The dress is unlined and has a back hook and eye closure. It has a label that reads Franklin Simon & CO. Fifth Ave, New York. It is in very good and wearable condition. There is no underarm discoloration and no holes. Shoulders 15 Bust 34 ½ Waist 24 Hips 32 Skirt length 41. The second dress is designed with eyelet and lace inserts. The dress has a high neck lace collar. It is unlined and has a back button closure. The dress is in very good and wearable condition. There is no underarm discoloration and no holes. Shoulders 16 Bust 35 Waist 26 Hips 36 Skirt length 39.

From Me:

1909 for both of them probably works. The rose one might be a bit later than that but there were dresses similar to it being worn at that time.  Both the fashion plates below are from 1909.
