Edwardian Pink Outfit

From the seller:

This lovely Victorian silk dress is made from a silk charmueuse in bright pink with a raspberry and white geometric design. The bodice is lined in cotton and has bones in the seams. The center front is a blush pink tissue silk banded with black velvet ribbons. It has a faux bolero front that hooks at the bust. The sleeves have a flounce on the bottom, banded with velvet that extends longer than the flounce leaving little tabs around the edge. It has modern seam binding facing around the inside edge of the neckline, the cotton lining has minor light stains, missing a couple of hooks or eyes, some small pin to pin head holes in the tissue silk. There's a hidden silk layer between the printed silk and the cotton, this is damaged under one arm, but it doesn't show and easily could just be cut out. It measures 33 1/4 inches around the bust, waist is 23, across the back shoulder is 10 1/4 inches and it's 19 inches long from shoulder to center front point. The skirt has had a new waistband put on and made larger by moving some pleats. It needs a hook and eye at the waist. The skirt is lined in light weight cotton with a ruffle around the bottom. There's a narrow lace edging on the ruffle, it has pulled off for some of the ruffle and either needs to be sewn on or replaced where it's missing ( or just leave it along, it's not a big deal). The lining is torn at the base of the skirt placket opening and there's a seam opened at the bottom of the placket that needs to be stitched. It measures with the new waistband 31 inches around the waistband, hips are 59 and it's 41 inches long in front. The silk is in excellent condition, very clean, underarms are excellent, no major problems.

From Me:

I swore up and down I had posted this but I realized it was just that it looked very similar to this one that I posted in 2011.  My guess, based on the pigeon front, the fitted sleeve with the bell cuff, and the overall cut is about 1902/1903.
