This vintage top is in good condition. It does have a small hole on the cuff and the bottom lace could be tacked up in an area. It is very nicely sewn. It has fabric covered buttons. It is really cute! I got it at an estate sale, so I am just assuming the era and authenticity. The black shirt measures Waist: 23" Bust: 30" Length from top to bottom of front V: 21" Inseam of arm: 23"
