Super sweet American Civil War era dress

From the seller:

A delightful 1860’s light weight cotton dress. The fabric has a pink dotted pattern on a white background. The bell shaped sleeves have a short cap over sleeve. The over sleeve and the cuffs are trimmed with printed ruffles. The neck, armscyes and waist are piped. The bodice is lined with cotton and the lining has a front hook and eye closure. The skirt is attached to the waist with cartridge pleating and is unlined. The dress is in crisp and clean condition. The dress is in very good condition. There are no splits or holes in the fabric. There is barely visible underarm discoloration on the inside lining only. There is one quarter size age spot on the back of the skirt and one nickel size age spot on the back hemline. The spots are very light in color. A charming display dress. Bust 32 Waist 23 Skirt length 43 Width at hemline 148.

From Me:

PINK POLKA DOTS!!!!! I think this may be put into a "summer dress to do" pile...
