Beautiful off white fine gros grain Victorian waist having pretty chiffon frills at the wrists, down the front, around the neck and on the back shoulder. The top has big puffy shoulders, is fully boned and lined in white linen, fastening down the front with metal hooks and eye. Dating circa 1880, measuring 15” long from the top of shoulder, 20” waist and up to 30” bust, in very good condition, no tears, holes, mends or major stains.....

Yes, the seller claims this is from the 1880's. It's not. Those huge sleeves are a dead give away. This is from the 1890's and it's a pretty amazing piece too.
