From the seller:
Antique Women's Red Wool Blouse with floral design on the red wool, has Black velvet ribbon detail on the top and the cuffs. White silky ruffle at the top and collar. Collar is apart at the seam in a couple of locations, but otherwise this is in very nice condition for age.
Measurements:
Length: 16 inches
Waist: 11.5 inches across lying flat ( 23 inches around)
Sleeve: 23 inches total and the red is only 16 inches long
Wrist: 4 inches across lying flat (8 inches around)

From me:
I would wear this, tomorrow, with a jean skirt. This is just a lovely fall bodice, the second I saw it, I knew I had to add it here. It's very much an 1890's bodice putting it at the end of the Victorian era.
