From the seller:

Amazing THEATRICAL Antique Vintage Victorian Day Dress made of a lightweight silk. Lavender with off-white print. The blouse has concealed boning and sets of hook and eye clasps. Wired, structured collar neckline. Trimmed with silky ivory crepe, black lace and velvet. The matching skirt is lined in what feels like a polished cotton or muslin and fastens with hook and eye clasps at the back of the waist. Trimmed with matching black lace and velvet.

The following MEASUREMENTS were taken with the garment lying flat. It helps to compare the measurements provided to a similar garment that fits you well.

*BLOUSE*

20" measured across the chest between the underarm seams

17" measured across front at waist seam (approximately 34" around)

19" length, measured down the front from neckline to hem

26" sleeve length

12" measured across the upper back between the shoulder seams

*SKIRT*

28-29" waist

full hips

47" length, measured down the back

CONDITION: Poor. Covered in faint water marks and stains. Shows much wear including missing hooks & eyes as well as tears and just general dis-repair. I have NOT attempted to restore this piece in any way. Please see photos. Sold as-found, as-is!!

I'm not sure what the seller means by Theatrical. This is a lovely early Edwardian piece. It sort of reminds me of what the evil stepmother in Disney's Cinderella wears. :-D
