Light Green Teens era summer dress

From the seller:

Up for sale is an exceptionally well-made dress dating from the late Edwardian period - 1918 to 1920. This is a spectacular dress with sound construction with some age related condition issues - noted in Condition paragraph below.
Description: The beautiful dress is a pale mint green silk georgette over solid silk under blouse and solid silk lining slip. This dress is full of hidden snaps and hooks & eyes on under blouse and bodice to secure in place (18 total). Pleated ruffled collar surrounds rounded neckline on bodice with velvet black bow accent. Long sheer sleeves end with pointed finish bell cuffs. Center panel of bodice has pin tucks front and back with long side sections draping through buckle loops onto skirt section. Waist is pin tucked. Mid calf length skirt has 2 rows of pleated ruffles at hip area and more pin tucks toward bottom. Each skirt side has an added draped panel.
manufacturer: OLIAN'S Dresses Waists Gowns St. Louis, MO
fabric: silk
size: would fit like small - please go by measurements below - bust and hip measurements taken on underslip and underblouse - over layer are fuller and larger.
bust: 36 inches
waist: 30 inches
hips: 40"
length: 46 1/2 inches
Condition: Dress is in overall very good vintage condition. Construction is sound - found only a 1" section of seam open where cuff is attached, 1/2" open seam on arm, and a couple pinhead size holes on one side panel. The dress does have spots/areas of age soil. Moderate/light underarm staining. Because of the quality of this item it should be cleaned by a professional dealing in vintage clothing to bring it back to its full beauty.

From me:

This looks like a dress I would wear if I were born around that era. Heck, I'd wear it now! Very nice, straight, clean cut lines but just enough frills to make it look neat.
