Description:	Victorian top blouse with underskirt and overskirt outfit has a corset type top fold over all silk black beads all handmade steampunk / goth style ruffled accent on shoulder bust areas and sleeve ends underskirt with lace overskirt it is breathable
Condition:	as-is, no returns silk is tattered, great for theater or design purposes starting to give way on top of shoulders otherwise very good overall overskirt is very good underskirt has a tear right below the waistline

This could either be very late 1890's or early 1900's based on the styling. I'm leaning to the later right now.
