This is a place for any extant garments in private collections from about 1941 back. There is no beginning date. The only rule is that it can't be currently in a museum and must be before the bombing of Pearl Harbor. I mostly post items I've seen on ebay, etsy, or other auction sites so we will continue to have a record of them for research purposes. If you have antique clothing in your collection, please, email me pictures of them and I will gladly add them to this site.

Little Girls Natural Form Era Dress
From the seller:
A pretty antique Victorian Edwardian era girls party dress with ruffles and inside has a glaze fabric. Garnished with ruffles and pretty shell buttons. Colors are blue trim and main color a cream to ecru.
Measurements:
Shoulder to bottom edge 31 inches
Under armpits across chest is 10 1/2 inches
Sleeves 16 inches
Shoulder to shoulder back 10 inches
Made of a linen/other, silk and lace trims.
There's small holes in places, some mends, fading, age/other spotting.
A child little girl size.
A pretty example to add to your collection.
It would be darling on display :)
