From the seller:

ca 1912-1915 Edwardian Draped Tea Dress w Pink Silk Slip SM

This beautiful Edwardian tea dress is made from an ivory cotton gauze and trimmed with lace. It hooks down the back and is trimmed with pink silk. It has a silk cummerbund that has a long sash on the side back. In front, the right side of the skirt has 3 diagonal tucks that drapes it across the lower front and on the left side the skirt is gathered to and angled seam adn trimmed with 5 crochet covered buttons. A few light spots on the skirt. It has 2 very light spots on the shoulder and a gentle soaking should perk up the dress. It has a half petticoat in a pale pink silk. The dress measures 37 inches around the bust, waist is 24 1/2 inches, across the back shoulder is 14, hips are 38 and it's 59 inches long. From Me:

There is a lot that is interesting about the dress. The lady obviously liked the earlier styles based on the sleeves but the overall style is consistent with a 1909-1913 time frame.
