Turn of the Century Printed Outfit

From the seller:

This beautiful Victorian dress is made from a pretty printed silk, of pink, russet, blue/gray and white flowers on a brown background. The bodice is trimmed with mauve ribbons, it has a lace ruffle collar and pouffed mid arm length sleeves trimmed with lace and ribbon. It hooks down the front, the bodice is boned and lined in cotton. It has light fading to a rusty brown under the arms, very, very small area, and a few rusty brown spots on the skirt. i9t measures 31 inches around the bust, across the back shoulder is 10 1/2 inches, waist is 20 1/2 inches and it's 17 3/4 inches from shoulder to bottom of the center point in front. The skirt is on a cotton waistband, it's lined in black cotton, the lining has a printed silk band around the bottom edge and the silk skirt has a ruffle around the bottom trimmed in a narrow mauve trim. It measures 21 inches around the waist, hips are full and it's 38 3/4 inches long in front, dipping longer in back. The skirt is pulled away at the center back from the waistband for about 2 inches. Excellent vintatge condition. It was de-accessioned from a museum and the inventory tag is sewn in the skirt.

From Me:

I love the ribbon placement. It's fabulous! The 3/4 length sleeves and the slight V-neck indicate 1904ish for this outfit.
