A seller of little word! :-) However, they did give us the measurements which is far more than many sellers. This is a 1890's walking outfit. The puffy sleeves are very indicative of the late Victorian period. The skirts became simple (as compared to the bustle period) and the details were mostly in the bodice. The closure seen here will continue well into the Edwardian period.
