Vintage authentic 1890s Victorian bold blue silk "Waist" blouse. Has a high neck, covered buttons at shoulder and down side, gorgeous gathered puffy sleeves accented with offwhite beaded soutache trim, overcollar with great shape, built-in stays, brown cotton lining, hidden watch pocket under the collar. Very good vintage condition. There is a little darkness on the shoulder (see last pictures).
