Vintage authentic 1900s Victorian/Edwardian purple silk "Waist" blouse. Has a great label marked "Mikolajeski and Pasternacki Cleveland". Has pale pink silk lining that is covered with blue silk which has attached metallic gold lace under the purple silk (from arms down). From the arm up there is a sheer underling. The arms have a pale pink figured silk lining. Has a V neck with pleated sides, accented with beading down the front, metallic lace and silk soutache trim on both sides of the front and the arms, underarm guards with lace trim. The color and the sleeves remind of Sybil's dress during the first season of Downton Abbey. Although, I must admit, I think this bodice is even more lovely with the lace detail.
