From the seller:
A gorgeous antique blouse. Made of silk taffeta with excellent boned construction. In very good condition with a slight tear under the right arm.
The waist measures 24 inches.

Not a lot of information and fuzzy pictures but those sleeves don't need to be in focus to tell what time period they are from. :-)
