From the seller:
This is an antique dress from the Victorian era found in my grandmother's things. I am told that the company who designed it was English and closed in 1901.
It is blue and full-length, layered fabric with clear round buttons and metallic fabric detail. It is very small, probably a size 4 or smaller.
The colour is faded and it and has a couple of holes, at the side and hem (shown). I have not attempted to wash it as I would probably ruin it.
From Me:
This is not Victorian, but a lovely Edwardian. My guess is right around 1907, give or take a couple of years either way.
