From the seller:
This is a lovely original pair of 1920's black satin pumps with fabulous "cut-out" flaps.
The shoes have all their original leather, outside soles and inside leather.
The manufacturer "Beitners" in stamped on the bottom arch.
The heel bottoms could be replaced. These should really just be used for display, though they are in good vintage (near antique) condition

Based on the styling, I'm thinking more WWI and after than full 1920's.
