Edwardian Riding Skirt

From the seller:

Rare riding skirt dates to the Victorian Era. It is made of black wool with side button closure. Interior tab allows for skirt to be hiked up by slipping the tab over the wrist (see photo). Unlined.

CONDITION: Excellent. Garment not cleaned due to age.
MATERIAL: Wool
COLOR: Black
MEASUREMENTS: Please compare the measurements listed below to a garment that fits you well. These measurements were taken with the garment lying flat, and when appropriate, doubled to calculate the circumference.

Waist: 24"
Hips: Open
Center Front Length: 39"

From Me:

Based upon the button placement and the construction, my guess is late 1900's - meaning from about 1907-1911 for this skirt.
