From the seller:
Black velvet asymetrical cloche dating to the late teens early 20's. Hand tinted velvet leaf trimmings. Silk lining with label. In good straight out of dusty closet in the estate, some slight pile loss to the velvet . Measures 12" from side to side, stands approx. 5" high with approx. 23" interior circumference.

I swear I had a hat like this in the mid-1990's.....
