This is a place for any extant garments in private collections from about 1941 back. There is no beginning date. The only rule is that it can't be currently in a museum and must be before the bombing of Pearl Harbor. I mostly post items I've seen on ebay, etsy, or other auction sites so we will continue to have a record of them for research purposes. If you have antique clothing in your collection, please, email me pictures of them and I will gladly add them to this site.

Natural Form Tea Gown!
From the seller:
ANTIQUE VICTORIAN EDWARDIAN TEA LAWN GOWN DRESS
Measurements : Shoulders are approx 15" across, chest is approx 14.5", 14" waist, length from back of neck to bottom is approx. 58", sleeve from under arm to end of sleeve is approx. 18"
Good ESTATE FOUND condition, this beautiful dress can be used for a tea, wedding or just plain any occasion.
Condition: The dress has a small hole in bottom back of dress. I did not try to clean the item will leave that up to you. This dress is sold as it was found in the estate "as is"
All our items are in as found condition. Will need to be cleaned and pressed.
From Me:
Give the way the shoulders are, that wonderful pleating/seams in the back, and the collar, ect - this is not Edwardian. It's most likely toward the end of the Natural Form era in the early 1880's.
