Tan Bustle Era Dress

From the seller:

A graceful 1870’s three piece tan silk bustle dress. The ensemble consists of a bodice, overskirt and underskirt. The three pieces are trimmed with cocoa brown silk. The bodice neckline and armsyes are edged with cocoa brown silk. The sleeve cuffs are trimmed with bows. The bodice is lined with cotton and has a front button closure. The overskirt is unlined and is trimmed with brown silk fringe. The upper portion of the underskirt is made of cotton. The dress is in very good and sturdy condition. There is light underarm discoloration and two 2 ½ surface stress splits under one arm and two ½ inch splits under the other arm. This does not show when displayed. There are a couple of slightly larger then pencil tip size holes in the in the overskirt and a bit of missing cocoa trim around the neckline. A very elegant display dress. Bust 32 Waist 24 Underskirt front length 39 Back length 47.

From Me:

Plain in color but beautiful in decorations.
