A rare 1830 cotton petticoat that has been de-accessioned from a major New York City museum collection. The hemline is decorated with cut work flowers that have inserts of sheer gauze. The petticoat is all hand stitched. It has a drawstring waist. The petticoat is in good condition. As can been seen in the photos some of the gauze fabric is missing on some of the petals. Adjustable waist Length 37.
