All The Pretty Dresses

This is a place for any extant garments in private collections from about 1941 back. There is no beginning date. The only rule is that it can't be currently in a museum and must be before the bombing of Pearl Harbor. I mostly post items I've seen on ebay, etsy, or other auction sites so we will continue to have a record of them for research purposes. Dressing Robe

From the seller:
I AM OFFERING THIS ANTIQUE EDWARDIAN ERA, MORNING COVERUP, IT IS HAND STITCH FLOWERS, WITH SILK BOWS. THE FRABIC IS IN GREAT SHAPE, IF IT WAS WORN, IT WAS USE VERY LITTLE, IT HAS THE LACE EDGES AROUND WHOLE TOP. IT IS A VERY LIGHT WEIGHT FABRIC. SHOULDER IS 32 INCHES ACROSS.

This is a lovely dressing robe from the Teens Era or, possibly, even the early 20's.
