Stunning Red 1890's Dress

I was poking around in a cloud sever album and found these.   The gentleman who took the photos fiddybee on ebay) posted the photos with a bunch of ebay ones.  I can't find the listing for this dress and I'm not entirely sure it ever was listed.  (If I came across something like this, no way would I sell it!)

So, I have zero info on it.  What I can tell you is that looks to be late 1890's.   It's bright red, probably silk, and drop dead gorgeous.
